stuart: Tagging individual clips in that manner is interesting, but potentially horribly tricky. Interesting idea, though (for video too). However, it'd fundamentally require solidifying the link between something displayed in the player and an annotation. It sounds trivial, but there are actually a whole lot of UI concerns/expectations that stem from that.
elena: we should talk more about IU issueas at some point. this could save a step if you haven't added the annotation yet: you select the clip, then drag the tag, which would add the annotation, with that tag. that would be cool.
